Too many trainees dedicate a respectable amount of time and effort in their training routine without achieving their desired results.
One of the main reasons that too many trainees don’t fulfill their potential despite the human body’s phenomenal ability to transform and adapt in endless ways- is that the world of fitness is full of misconceptions, rumors, and not evidence-based “facts,” making it hard for the individual to find the right path to healthy and productive progress.
I support trainees for more than 13 years by formulating programs that consider every critical aspect to maximize achievements, from picking the sufficient training volume and intensity, the right exercises, and understanding their goals and limitations.
I believe that the route to enjoyable, healthy, and productive progress requires that each trainee has the proper support and technical feedback, with a training program that is easy to understand and challenging to execute.
