The personal training service allows me to work with various clients, from total beginners to advanced trainees.
Advanced trainee’s tend to use other services I provide, such as “On-line coaching” or “Programming,” (which require basic knowledge and experience in movements and lifting techniques). Still, personal training recognize technical faults and misconceptions to set new and correct guidelines that fit the most, as well as an adjusted long term program.
Total beginner’s on the other hand, (even if they never trained in their lives), can gain a lot of profit from personal training sessions, as I can guide them to a long healthy, productive fitness hobby or career.
In addition to that, this platform allows me to readjust clients techniques due to an injury/rehab quickly.
