In 2009 I had an appointment with an orthopedic doctor, due to a serious Achilles tendon injury. The doctor recommended me start physiotherapy and workout. I got strong recommendations for Alon, so I contact him. In the beginning, I was skeptical due to my history with the fitness world, but I gave it a try. Alon felt my struggle with maintaining the workout routine, and he always found creative ways that kept me going with interest and fun. It took a few sessions for me to understand that I’m not going to be a big sports enthusiast, but at the same time I felt much better with my injury and in general. I keep on my training routine since then, and I’m happy with the choices I made.
