One of the things I liked most when I started training with Alon is that he insisted on working on technique rather than just increasing weights. After he was sure that my technique is good, we moved on to reach the goals we’ve set. Alon’s plans are not built on static numbers of repetitions and weights. He watches, calculates, and fits the program on the go to my state and progress. I would never think I’ll reach the goals I have achieved with Alon. A real professional!
