About me

Hi, I’m Alon Manhart. I’m currently 38 years old, living in Tel-Aviv, Israel, with my girlfriend, Annabelle, and our two wonderful dogs, Emille and Ralph.

I grew up in Switzerland till the age of 7; Switzerland is a country where sports are highly common if snow sports or summer sports. I believe that for that reason, I have participated in sports activities since the day I remember.
Sport for me is a way of living, and I was lucky enough to have it as my profession and not only as a hobby.

In 2009 I graduated from the sports institute “Wingate” and became a certified trainer.

In 2016 I opened my Fitness center in Tel-Aviv, where I train and meet clients until this very day.

In 2017 I graduated with my B.A. degree in psychology at “The Open University of Israel”.
These studies deepened my understanding of people, enhanced my communication skills, and gave me valuable tools for analyzing research and applying it in practical settings.

In 2024, I completed my M.A. in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology at the “The College of Management Academic Studies, Israel”.

Today, I integrate both physical training and psychological insights in my work—helping clients not only move better, but also feel and perform at their best, both mentally and physically.

About fitness and me

After taking part in different sports during my whole life as a hobby, I wanted to gain some muscles and improve my strength.

In 2006 I first entered the gym to get stronger, bigger, and faster. During my first years at the gym, I trained under different coaches and worked out various training programs and methods in Bodybuilding, Power-lifting, Weight-lifting, etc.

Throughout my years of training, it occurred to me that some people work out for years without any significant results, while others make great progress regularly; it made me wonder why. Is there a secret for success that only some know?

These thoughts lead me to research the world of strength and bodybuilding programming. I dedicated my time and effort to learn and explore the world of strength and fitness; I read books and articles, watched lectures, and participated in different courses.

The more I studied, the more I understood the complexity of programming and the importance of personalization and customizing a program to maximize one’s achievements.

I believe that the key to maximizing a trainee’s achievements is to train smart, with a customized program that combines the right training tools and considers his/her life limitations, physical goals, personal preferences and abilities, training history, and all that with the proper technique and guidance.
These days I provide three primary services for my clients, Personal training, Online coaching, and Programming.
